Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced, result-oriented, and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our real estate digital marketing initiatives across the UAE and international markets. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate performance marketing, lead generation, media buying, and digital growth strategies, with a proven ability to generate high-quality buyer and investor leads at scale.

This role is focused on driving qualified leads, improving conversion quality, reducing CPL, maximizing ROAS, and scaling campaigns for Off-Plan, Secondary, Luxury, and International Investment properties. The candidate should have deep expertise in the Dubai real estate market along with experience targeting international investors across regions such as the UK, Europe, India, GCC, Africa, and other global markets.

We are specifically looking for someone with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on real estate digital marketing experience in Dubai and international markets, who understands buyer psychology, campaign funnels, CRM workflows, and high-converting real estate creatives.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation.

• Develop and execute high-performance digital marketing campaigns focused on generating quality real estate leads and maximizing ROI.

• Manage and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Programmatic & Display Networks.

• Generate qualified buyer, investor, seller, and leasing leads for Off-Plan Projects, Secondary Market Properties, Luxury & Waterfront Developments, and International Investment Campaigns.

• Continuously optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, Lead Quality, Conversion Rate, CTR, and Cost per Qualified Lead.

• Implement advanced retargeting strategies, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.

• Scale successful campaigns across local UAE and international markets.

• Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, response time, and conversion ratios.

Real Estate Branding & Creative Strategy

• Lead digital branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and developer positioning.

• Work closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, luxury real estate campaigns, reels & video campaigns, landing pages, investor-focused content, email marketing campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.

• Ensure all campaigns maintain premium real estate branding standards and consistency across channels.

• Understand luxury buyer and investor psychology to create campaigns that attract serious buyers and investors instead of low-quality inquiries.

Website, SEO & Analytics

• Manage website performance, SEO strategy, landing pages, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

• Track campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards, heatmaps, and tracking tools.

• Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.

• Monitor attribution, conversion tracking, and lead flow accuracy.

CRM, Automation & Lead Quality Optimization

• Work closely with CRM and sales teams to improve lead management workflows and response efficiency.

• Implement automation tools and AI-based marketing workflows to improve campaign efficiency.

• Optimize lead nurturing funnels and remarketing strategies to increase conversion rates.

• Ensure proper tracking and reporting of lead sources, campaign performance, and sales outcomes.

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

• Coordinate with media buyers, creative designers, videographers, external agencies, and developers’ marketing teams.

• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively while maintaining strong ROI performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on digital/performance marketing experience within the Dubai real estate market and international real estate campaigns.

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation Campaigns, Funnel Building, Retargeting, Conversion Optimization, CRM & Automation.

• Proven experience generating high-quality real estate leads in both local UAE and international markets.

• Strong understanding of luxury real estate marketing and investor-focused campaigns.

• Experience managing high advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Landing Pages, Google Analytics, GTM, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury and ultra-luxury real estate marketing.

• Strong understanding of international investor targeting strategies.

• Video marketing and social media growth expertise.

• Experience with AI marketing tools, automation platforms, and lead nurturing systems.
