Job Summary
We are hiring a **Senior Digital Solution Designer** to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade digital solutions in the banking domain.
The role involves translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures aligned with enterprise standards and digital transformation goals.
This is a **strategic and hands-on role**, requiring strong expertise in solution architecture, full-stack systems, enterprise integration, and banking technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead **end-to-end solution design** for enterprise digital banking initiatives
- Translate business requirements into **scalable and secure technical architectures**
- Define and design **API-based, microservices-driven architectures**
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Architecture, Development, and QA teams
- Drive **architecture governance, design standards, and best practices**
- Identify risks and define **mitigation strategies for solution delivery**
- Create detailed **architecture documentation and solution blueprints**
- Support delivery teams during **implementation, testing, and deployment phases**
- Evaluate new technologies and drive **innovation in digital banking solutions**
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to **technical excellence and knowledge sharing**
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in **Solution Architecture & Digital Solution Design**
- Expertise in **Banking / Financial Services domain**
- Experience in **Full Stack Development & Enterprise Applications**
- Strong understanding of:
- **API & Integration Architecture**
- **Microservices Architecture**
- **Database Technologies**
- **Scalable system design**
- Experience in **end-to-end project delivery**
- Strong knowledge of **SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices**
- Ability to convert business needs into **technical architecture solutions**

- Experience in **Digital Banking Transformation programs**
