Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative, results-driven **Senior Digital Marketing Executive – AI Specialist** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and AI-powered content creation.
This role requires someone who can leverage modern AI tools to create engaging content, optimize campaigns, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage and grow all social media platforms with engaging and high-quality content
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels
- Create AI-powered marketing content including social media posts, videos, ad creatives, and promotional materials
- Use AI tools for copywriting, script writing, image generation, and video editing
- Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and ROI to improve results
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Coordinate branding, promotions, exhibitions, and corporate events
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, digital advertising, and campaign optimization
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and content planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
