Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst to act as the link between business stakeholders and the technology team.

The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, convert them into clear technical specifications, and support the successful delivery of digital solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business teams to understand and document requirements.
  • Convert business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria for development and testing teams.
  • Analyze current processes (AS-IS) and design improved future-state processes (TO-BE).
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support project goals.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and other project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis for digital transformation or digital product projects.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and flowcharts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
