- Expert at decomposing high-level business goals into granular, developer-ready User Stories with rigorous Acceptance Criteria
- .Technical Translation:
- Capable of translating operational constraints and the "360-Service" framework into technical specifications (BRDs and flowcharts) that developers can execute without ambiguity
- .Agile Governance:
- Proficient in managing product backlogs, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and conducting AS-IS/TO-BE gap analysis to ensure the final digital product aligns with the initial business intent
