Role Responsibilities
- Optimize and debug backend system performance.
- Contribute technical expertise to backend development and project direction.
Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python experience and Python microservices development using FastAPI.
- Commercial backend and frontend engineering experience.
- AWS cloud application development experience across EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS Aurora MySQL/Postgres, DynamoDB, EMR, and Kinesis.
- Machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, AWS SageMaker, and data analytics tools experience.
- Containerized development, deployment, and configuration using Kubernetes or ECS.
- Single sign-on/OIDC integration knowledge, including OAuth, JWT, JWE, and JWS.
- Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or a similar framework.
Education and Training
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and proficient applied experience.
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent degree listed in technology, computer applications, or science disciplines.
