Job Purpose
Support client servicing for Trade, GBO, CMS, and KYC products through accurate and timely operations.
Provide support to business and external stakeholders in line with internal process guidelines.
Assist leads and the team manager in achieving organizational goals and KPIs while reducing financial and reputational risk.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle daily Trade Finance, GBO, CMS, Clearing, and KYC operations for the branch.
- Maintain inventories and branch registers.
- Ensure quick turnaround and error-free transaction processing.
- Attend customer calls and queries and meet customer expectations.
- Reconcile internal suspense accounts and transactions daily.
- Maintain customer service, record keeping, and audit controls.
- Suggest process changes and automation ideas.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Three to six years of banking experience.
- Good understanding of general banking operations, KYC, Trade Finance, and CMS.
