Role overview
Senior Data Solutions Analyst supporting business-critical decisions with data and strengthening data use across operations and commercial teams.
The role partners with business leaders on success measures, strategic decisions, and access to data visibility and tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver global data products that improve operational workflows through automation and better access to insights.
- Identify ways to use data to drive business performance.
- Provide data-driven guidance to leaders making strategic decisions.
- Improve organizational data literacy through consistency, clear interpretation, and education on appropriate functional data use.
- Share best practices with the Global Analytics team and provide ad hoc project guidance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an analytical role and experience mapping business questions to data problems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one BI or data visualization tool, such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Motivated by automation and improving efficiency; passionate about data literacy.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and curious about the purpose behind work.
