About the Role

Required Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management principles and governance frameworks
• Experience implementing data quality controls, monitoring, and remediation processes
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms
• Familiarity with metadata management, data lineage, cataloging, and stewardship concepts
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in complex environments
• Strong Arabic and English communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance and data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Define data quality metrics, controls, monitoring processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Support metadata management, business glossary development, data lineage, and cataloging activities.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify critical data assets and improve data quality outcomes
• Implement and automate data validation, profiling, monitoring, and remediation processes
• Support governance operating models, stewardship programs, and accountability frameworks.
• Design dashboards and reporting solutions to measure data quality performance and governance maturity.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to promote adoption of governance practices.
• Partner with technical teams to integrate governance and quality controls into enterprise data platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data governance and metadata management platforms.
• Knowledge of industry-standard data management frameworks and best practices.
• Experience working within highly regulated or data-intensive environments.
• Exposure to data observability, automation, or AI-enabled data management solutions.
