Overview
Our client, a fast growing FinTech / Financial services company, is looking to hire an experienced Compliance Manager with SAMA regulatory experience to lead compliance and AML/CTF operations, ensure regulatory adherence, and strengthen financial crime prevention frameworks.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years’ experience in compliance, AML/CTF, or financial crime within financial services or fintech
- Experience working with SAMA
- Previous leadership experience in a compliance function
- Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CAMS or similar certification preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance compliance and AML/CTF frameworks, policies, and controls
- Conduct risk assessments and oversee transaction monitoring activities
- Handle regulatory reporting and compliance investigations
- Act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities
- Deliver compliance training and promote a strong compliance culture
- Lead compliance operations and support continuous process improvement
