Senior Data Analyst

Position summary

Primary responsibilities

• Analyze and report internal and external datasets relevant to PVH Supply Chain.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and derive trends.
• Create quantitative insights and intuitive visualizations for leadership and the broader supply-chain organization.
• Understand internal supply-chain systems and architecture.
• Combine data from multiple supply-chain systems into harmonized global metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with SDA peers, vendor management, brands, business and technology teams, corporate responsibility, and external service partners.
• Help identify and prioritize use cases with product management, the SDA team, and global stakeholders.
• Gather requirements with business analysts and create visualizations and wireframes for approved use cases.
• Document clear requirements for analytics delivery.
• Support interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Lighthouse.
• Test and validate deliverables against functional and technical requirements and quality processes.
• Work with project and technology partners to resolve issues and identify solutions.

Further analysis duties

• Conduct analyses, hypothesis testing, and causal analyses to assess trends and communicate insights.
• Manage day-to-day and ad hoc data-analysis requests for PVH Supply Chain business groups.

Qualifications and experience

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Science, or a similar quantitative field is required.
• A master's degree is a plus.
• The ideal candidate has experience building datasets, reports, and dashboards and creating intuitive data visualizations.
• The candidate should be curious, self-motivated, and able to take projects from concept to delivery.

Work environment

• The position is based in the PVH Supply Chain Data & Analytics team in the Bangalore office.
• The role works with Bangalore-based colleagues and business teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
