Role overview

What you'll do

• Partner with business and product owners to shape roadmaps, prioritize features, and measure success.
• Build an AI-first business intelligence platform to enable self-serve analysis.
• Deliver insights on user behavior, market trends, and business performance to marketing, revenue, and product teams.
• Lead sales and marketing analytics by defining KPIs and optimizing acquisition funnels.
• Tell data stories to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Transform, clean, and model raw data using DBT to create analytics-ready datasets.
• Improve and scale existing DBT models and Snowflake warehouse structures with a Senior Analytics Engineer.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of data analysis and/or data science experience, ideally in SaaS sales, marketing, or growth analytics.
• Expertise using AI/ML and automation tools for growth and streamlining analytics workflows, including tools such as Claude and Cortex.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Metabase, Sigma, Tableau, Omni, or Looker.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on DBT experience managing the transformation layer of ELT pipelines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to define metrics, create dashboards, and ensure data quality.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation

• Compensation band is CAD $130,000–$140,000; the description does not specify the pay cadence.
