Responsibilities

  • Support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
  • Analyze contract terms, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and project management teams to align contracts with company policies and objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to support contract execution.
  • Track contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines; address contract issues and disputes.
  • Conduct contract audits and report on performance, compliance, and improvement recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve contract processes and systems.
  • Comply with applicable quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • At least 15 years of contracts management experience, including overall responsibility for contract management on large-scale projects.
  • Experience with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, drafting, administration, and change order negotiation.
  • Experience with effective correspondence, planning, and scheduling.
  • Thorough knowledge of prime contract administration and subcontract formation and administration.
  • Knowledge of execution office and field procedures and documents for multidisciplinary construction projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
