Seeking a Senior Configuration Management Manager for a client in Riyadh, KSA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Configuration Management BAU operations, governance, automation, and support.
- Automate Change submissions, CI linkage, CAB processes, and reporting.
- Oversee Infrastructure Discovery and Application/Service Mapping lifecycles.
- Govern Configuration Items and review CIs associated with RFCs.
- Lead transition of Configuration Management changes from development to operations.
- Drive Standard Change automation and process improvements.
- Address IGF, SAMA CSF, operational risk, and IT risk requirements.
- Monitor and report Configuration Management KPIs/KRIs.
- Govern CM policies, procedures, templates, and documentation.
- Lead operational teams supporting CI discovery and service mapping.
Requirements and experience
- 10+ years of Configuration Management experience; marked preferred in the separate experience listing.
- 2+ years of banking industry experience; marked preferred in the separate experience listing.
- Strong experience in CMDB, Service Mapping, Change Management, governance, and automation.
- Experience with Qlickserve is preferred.
Certification
- ITIL certification is required.
