Oracle EBS Property Manager Techno-Functional Consultant

Role overview

Must-have qualifications

• 8–10 years of Oracle EBS experience; R12 is preferred.
• 3–4 years of hands-on Oracle Property Manager experience.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL expertise, including complex queries, joins, analytic functions, procedures, packages, and performance tuning on large datasets.
• In-depth knowledge of Property Manager data models, leases, tenancies, payment terms, rent escalations, amendments, terminations, and AR, AP, and GL integration.
• Experience with financial reconciliation, revenue, billing, payments, accruals, multi-org setups, advanced Excel, and stakeholder reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Additional pluses

• IFRS 16, Power BI or Python, GCC real estate experience, Arabic, and Oracle certifications are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle EBS Property Manager techno-functional work for a client.
• Work with property-management data and processes involving leases, tenancies, payment terms, rent escalations, amendments, and terminations.
• Handle integrations between Property Manager and AR, AP, and GL.
• Perform financial data reconciliation involving revenue, billing, payments, and accruals.
• Work with multi-org setups, operating units, and ledgers.
• Use advanced Excel and provide stakeholder reporting.
• Query and tune large datasets using SQL/PLSQL, including procedures and packages.
