Overview
Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a Configuration Management Manager for a client in Riyadh, KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Configuration Management BAU operations, automation, and support
- Automate change submissions, CI linkage, CAB agendas and meetings
- Automate KPI/KRI reporting and develop on-demand scenario reports
- Manage Service Mapping onboarding aligned with Change Management
- Improve Standard Change processes and automation
- Support IGF, SAMA CSF, IT and operational risk compliance
- Manage Configuration Items (CIs), discovery, and application/service mapping
- Maintain CM policies, procedures, templates, and documentation
- Monitor and report Configuration Management KPIs/KRIs
Requirements
- 7+ years of Configuration Management experience
- 2+ years of banking industry experience
- ITIL Certification required
- Strong experience in CMDB, Service Mapping, Change Management, governance, and automation
- Experience with Qlickserve and configuration/change management automation is preferred
