Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Compliance Officer
to join our global team.
This isn’t just a "box-ticking" role - you will be the bridge between the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) and our broader international operations across dynamic offshore jurisdictions like
Seychelles, Comoros, and beyond
.
Reporting directly to our Regulatory Compliance Unit Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compliance framework in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
What You’ll Do
- **The Offshore Architect:**
- Manage and oversee compliance activities for our Mauritius license while extending your expertise to cover multiple offshore jurisdictions.
- **Regulatory Liaison:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for the FSC and other global regulators.
- **Strategic Policy Development:**
- Don’t just follow the rules - help us build them.
- You’ll develop and implement compliance policies tailored to a global, fintech-driven environment.
- **Global Collaboration:**
- Partner with our Global Compliance Function to align local practices with international standards.
- **Risk Mitigation:**
- Identify and neutralize compliance risks across the Mauritius entity and our offshore licenses.
What You Bring
- **The Right Background:**
- At least 3 years of experience in
- CFD Brokerages, Fintech, or specialized Compliance Consultancies
- .
- **Regulatory Knowledge:**
- Deep familiarity with the Mauritius FSC is essential, but experience with
Seychelles (FSA), Comoros (MISA)
- , or other offshore frameworks will make you stand out.
- **Strategic Mindset:**
- You understand that compliance is a business enabler, not a roadblock.
- **Communication:**
- Exceptional English (French is a bonus!) to engage with stakeholders and regulators worldwide.
- **Credentials:**
- A Degree is required; ICA, CAMS, or CRCM certifications are highly valued.
