We Are Looking For Experienced Professionals Across
- Project and Programme Management
- Cost and Commercial Management
- Project Controls and Planning
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Prepares and manages contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses, supporting formal execution by relevant parties.
- Provides expert advice on the administration of construction and services contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Measures completed work, prepares valuations, and manages variations in line with contractual requirements to reach agreement with contractors.
- Ensures robust cost control and reporting, including oversight of monthly post-contract cost reports presented to clients.
- Identifies and analyses cost impacts related to design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client variations.
- Leads the evaluation and resolution of contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs.
- Advises on certification processes, including practical completion, making good defects, and final completion, ensuring final accounts are agreed.
- Provides leadership and performance management to teams, drives continuous improvement, manages key stakeholder relationships, and supports sustainability objectives including carbon reduction initiatives.
About You
You will bring proven experience in major rail or infrastructure programmes, coupled with the ability to operate in complex, fast‑paced delivery environments.
