The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia.
This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Direct preparation and execution of contracts, warranties, and completion certificates.
- Lead large teams, driving behaviours, KPIs, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee valuations, cost control, and monthly reporting to clients.
- Identify and manage costs linked to design changes, claims, and construction activities.
- Guide cost consultants to enhance procedures, templates, and products, embedding best practice.
- Champion sustainability and net zero carbon transition through proactive management of emissions.
You’ll Need To Have
- Degree in quantity surveying or cost management; chartered membership preferred.
- Significant experience in PMO and project controls leadership across major programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contracts, risk, and value engineering.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive sustainable, client-focused outcomes.
