• We are looking for experienced professionals across:
• Project and Programme Management
• Cost and Commercial Management
• Project Controls and Planning
• You’ll be responsible for:
• Prepares and manages contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses, supporting formal execution by relevant parties.
• Provides expert advice on the administration of construction and services contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Measures completed work, prepares valuations, and manages variations in line with contractual requirements to reach agreement with contractors.
• Ensures robust cost control and reporting, including oversight of monthly post-contract cost reports presented to clients.
• Identifies and analyses cost impacts related to design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client variations.
• Leads the evaluation and resolution of contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs.
• Advises on certification processes, including practical completion, making good defects, and final completion, ensuring final accounts are agreed.
• Provides leadership and performance management to teams, drives continuous improvement, manages key stakeholder relationships, and supports sustainability objectives including carbon reduction initiatives.
