Parsons are seeking a high-calibre **Senior Commercial Manager** to join the PMO team supporting the delivery of one of the world’s most iconic urban transformation programmes.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key leadership role on a giga-scale development encompassing major infrastructure, public realm, utilities, and signature architectural assets.

Working within a client-facing PMO environment, you will provide strategic commercial leadership across major contracts, consultants, and delivery partners while helping shape one of Riyadh’s defining legacy projects.
