Overview
- HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for an experienced **Senior Commercial Manager** to oversee the commercial aspects of our Inrastructure projects, ensuring optimal financial performance and risk management.
- The role involves managing contracts, procurement, cost control, and commercial negotiations to support project execution and achieve business objectives.
- **Key Responsibilities*** Lead and manage the commercial team to deliver high-quality commercial support across all projects.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage contract negotiations, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize project financial outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide commercial advice and support to senior management and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 15 years of commercial management experience in the construction or engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, and commercial law.
- Proficient in commercial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
