Senior Client Advisor

Role overview

Client service and sales

• Achieve individual and team objectives, take accountability for sales results, and support the team's sales.
• Welcome, listen to, assist, and advise clients, providing excellent service and exceeding expectations.
• Represent the brand's history and heritage; use product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell product categories.
• Engage diverse clients, put them at ease, and build lasting relationships.

Client development and store operations

• Grow a client book, update client information in company tools, and use clienteling tools to develop existing clients and recruit new ones.
• Participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE standards.
• Keep products clean, secure, organized, and efficiently maintained in front- and back-of-house areas.
• Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.

Team and standards

• Collaborate on activities that contribute to store objectives and support management in developing the team through mentoring or buddying new joiners.
• Follow company policies, including LOEWE's grooming and behavior standards.
