Position

The Client Advisor is responsible for exceeding client-service expectations while delivering individual and team goals.

Role responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store objectives and deliver engaging, memorable client experiences.
  • Build lasting client relationships and maintain contact through email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
  • Share LOEWE’s history and product categories through product knowledge and storytelling.
  • Develop and update the client book using company tools; collaborate with the store team.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and keep products clean, secure, and organized in front and back of house.
  • Support inventory and ad hoc back-of-house tasks; follow company policies and grooming and behavior standards.

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience achieving individual goals and contributing to team results; experience in a similar customer-centric role.
  • Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture; effective communication and client-portfolio development skills.
  • Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, empathetic, results-driven, and collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
