Seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to independently manage construction site operations.
The role represents the company in technical, engineering, and contractual discussions with consultants and clients.
Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 25,000 per month, fully inclusive, based on experience and qualifications.
Mandatory requirements
- Dubai Municipality Unlimited Classification.
- Trakhees approval/qualification and strong familiarity with Dubai Development Authority.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE construction experience; main contractor experience is preferred.
- Civil Engineering degree and proven building construction project experience.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and contractual management skills.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all construction site operations.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Negotiate technical, contractual, and commercial matters.
- Manage project schedules, quality, costs, and site resources.
- Identify and manage variations, delays, claims, and contractual risks.
- Resolve engineering challenges and protect the company's contractual interests.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
