Role overview
Experienced Civil Project Engineer sought to execute and complete labour camp construction projects in Dubai.
Mandatory requirements
- Unlimited Classification from Dubai Municipality is mandatory.
- Previous experience completing labour camp projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and relevant authority requirements.
- Ability to independently manage site operations from construction through project completion and handover.
- Technical knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP coordination works.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Knowledge of construction planning, quality control, site management, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Successful completion of G+4 labour camp projects in Dubai is preferred.
Role scope
- Independently manage site operations through construction, project completion, and handover.
- Coordinate project works and stakeholders while meeting applicable authority requirements.
- Oversee construction planning, quality control, site management, and project documentation.
Salary and benefits
- Salary up to AED 15,000 per month, all inclusive, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
