Opportunity lies within the Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly roads, highways, bridges, underpasses, tunnels and associated infrastructures in urban environments.
Responsible for coordinating all technical aspects related to road works, including quality control, drawing revision, value engineering and technical construction method revision and follow up.
Coordinate with all other relevant senior specialties such as structures, drainage, ITS and material.

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join the Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh.
Opportunity lies within the Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly roads, highways, bridges, underpasses, tunnels and associated infrastructures in urban environments.
Responsible for coordinating all technical aspects related to road works, including quality control, drawing revision, value engineering and technical construction method revision and follow up.
Coordinate with all other relevant senior specialties such as structures, drainage, ITS and material.
Key Responsibilities
- Amplify or resolve design issues, where possible, or coordinate design issue with home office support.
- Advise technically on design changes.
- Oversee the Contractor's technical submissions, shop drawings, materials, and design submissions.
- Final review of all Contractor's relevant documentation, drawings, materials, submittals and others to ensure compliance with the overall objectives of the design concepts of the project.
- Assess and report technically on any Value Engineering proposals.
- Technical control of all roads works as well as coordination with all other discipline specialists and with the people responsible for quality control.
- Act as Point of Contact between the Civil Engineering department and the Technical Manager.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with specialty/majoring in Road Design and/or equivalent work experience.
- Mandatory to provide the valid SCE membership attached with the CV.
- Formal qualifications/affiliations to RICS, IQS, ICES, or CIOB.
- Over 15 years of experience in consultancy and project management roles, particularly in mega construction projects mainly as a Consultant.
- Experience in ROADS and DESIGN.
- Experience reviewing contractor submissions and supervising site works.
- Understanding of local regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency level of English language. Arabic Language is a plus.
- Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem solving, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor.
- Willingness to work in a multinational environment firm.
Additional Requirements
Transferable Iqama in case of non-Saudi.
Based in Riyadh.
Valid SCE membership.
