Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and project records.
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams.
- Support client and supplier portals, vendor registration, and prequalification activities.
- Assist with project documentation, data entry, and record management.
- Contribute to office operations and project support activities according to business needs and professional interests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Fresh graduate with 0–1 year of experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred skills
- Prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
