- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage overall site execution and construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage and supervise structural and finishing works on site
- Review structural and architectural drawings and resolve technical issues
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and management
