Lead Charging Point Operator operations in Abu Dhabi.

Core responsibilities
- Lead Charging Point Operator operations.
- Integrate and synchronize charging hardware with software platforms.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize AC and DC EV charging stations.
- Manage and guide technical teams.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in the EV charging industry, preferably in a Charging Point Operator environment.
- Proven expertise in OCPP integration and Charging Point Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of EV charger hardware, firmware, and network communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining AC and DC EV chargers.
- Leadership experience managing and guiding technical teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred skills
- Experience with multiple EV charger brands and multi-vendor OCPP systems.
- Knowledge of backend software development concepts and APIs.
- Familiarity with renewable energy integration and battery storage systems.
