Recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Facility Officer to manage day-to-day facility operations in Sharjah.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with technicians and vendors.
- Monitor service contracts and vendor performance.
- Raise and track maintenance requests, work orders, and purchase requests in SAP.
- Maintain asset, inventory, and facility documentation.
- Ensure health, safety, and company policy compliance; conduct inspections and report issues.
- Support facility reporting and cost control.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Facility Officer.
- SAP experience is a must.
- Good knowledge of facility and building maintenance operations.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Candidates currently in the UAE only.
Work details
- Work schedule is six days a week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Salary
- Salary is up to AED 4,000 per month.
