Job Summary
Looking for a
Senior Change Management Specialist
with strong experience in ITIL-based change management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management, preferably in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
- end-to-end change management lifecycle
- aligned with ITIL
- Develop and enforce
- policies, procedures, and governance
- Conduct
- impact assessments
- and oversee change implementation
- Manage
- CAB meetings
- and release processes
- Ensure compliance with
- security, risk, and business continuity requirements
- Collaborate with
- IT, DevOps, and business teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in
- IT project/change management
- Experience with
- ITSM tools
(ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Exposure to
- cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in
- financial/regulated environments
Certifications (Mandatory)
- PMI-ACP
Preferred
- PMP / CCMP / PROSCI / Scrum certifications
