Overview
We're currently supporting a leading transformation consultancy on several major programmes across the UAE and we’re looking to speak with experienced Change & Communications professionals.
These are highly visible transformation environments, supporting large enterprise and digital change initiatives across sectors including:
✔️ ERP / Oracle / SAP
- ✔️ Salesforce & CRM transformation
- ✔️ Shared services & operating model change
- ✔️ Education & organisational transformation
- ✔️ Enterprise-wide business change
- We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability
- Executive-level communication skills
- Enterprise transformation experience
- Change impact, communications, adoption & engagement expertise
- Consulting or large programme environment exposure
- Gravitas and ability to operate autonomously with senior stakeholders
UAE (Abu Dhabi focused)
- Permanent opportunities

- ERP experience is beneficial, but not essential for all roles.
