Job Purpose Summary
Represent the IPO (International Procurement Office) and provide ongoing exemplary service to its clients and Rebound end customers by providing ongoing support in the activity of sourcing and procurement of electronic component(s) and peripherals.
Cultivate new and audited supplier relationships on an ongoing basis and ensure all sourcing and procurement is carried out diligently from approved vendors worldwide.
Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times including after sales support whilst maximising profitability for the Rebound Group.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Cultivate new, audited supplier relationships with target suppliers in support of new and existing business transacted via IPO (International Procurement Office)
- When called upon, formally audit and appraise selected key vendors from the IPO supply base to ensure integrity and reliability within the company supply chain
- By utilising the Rebound trading system, experience gained working within the role employed and additional information available both internally within Rebound’s quality department and externally, mitigate any proliferation to counterfeit product
- Generate and process sales quotations under the IPO (International Procurement Office) banner
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules on behalf of clients within your assigned business unit
- Where called upon, expedite purchase orders to ensure on time delivery
- Co-ordinate and process supplier Purchase Orders
- Provide general administrative support to sales personnel within your assigned business unit
- Ad hoc support/ cover for other members of the IPO team where necessary ensuring acceptable service levels are maintained
- Assist wherever required with both clients and suppliers to resolve any issue or dispute including, when required any financial issues
- Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times
- Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Expedite quickly and clearly any issues which may impact the business to Senior Management
