The Senior Business Setup Consultant guides local and international clients through UAE corporate formation, regulatory approvals, licensing, and corporate structuring.

Client advisory and company formation
- Advise clients on legal structures, jurisdiction selection, licensing options, ownership rules, and visa requirements.
- Oversee trade name reservation, initial approvals, Memorandum of Association drafting, lease assistance, and final trade license issuance.
- Coordinate with DET/DED, free zone authorities, immigration, ministry departments, and banking partners.
Sales and client relationships
- Manage incoming leads, conduct consultations, prepare proposals and cost breakdowns, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly business setup revenue targets.
- Assist clients with bank account opening, compliance checks, and documentation.
- Maintain relationships with regulators, channel partners, PRO teams, and clients to support repeat business and referrals.
Experience and industry knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on UAE company formation, business setup, and corporate services experience.
- Deep understanding of UAE Companies Law, DET regulations, major Free Zone rules, and PRO workflows.
- The posting specifies two years of required experience in UAE Company Formation and UAE Corporate Services.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to close business consulting deals, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
