Role Overview
Full-time Senior Business Process Analyst role based out of the Calgary Head Office.

Full-time Senior Business Process Analyst role based out of the Calgary Head Office.
The role is hybrid, with in-office work and 20% flexibility to work from home.
Reporting to the GM, Digital Transformation, WFS, the analyst supports ERP implementation and ongoing optimization across WFS.
The role connects business stakeholders with implementation teams and supports the ERP lifecycle from assessment and design to stabilization.
Key responsibilities
- Assess business processes, facilitate discovery workshops, document workflows and requirements, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Lead fit-gap analysis and help assess ERP configuration, integration, reporting, enhancement, and process options.
- Elicit and manage business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, reviews, and approvals.
- Support data migration, data quality, validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, defect tracking, business acceptance, training, readiness, cutover, deployment, and go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate stakeholders and implementation partners, resolve project challenges, and report on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, ERP implementation, or related roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise software or ERP implementations, facilitating process discovery and requirements gathering, and working with implementation partners.
- Experience supporting data migration, testing, training, and organizational readiness; understanding of operational and financial processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Strong process analysis, fit-gap assessment, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
