Role overview

Analysis and Agile delivery

• Provide functional knowledge and support for assigned applications; elicit, analyze, validate, document, and maintain stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain AzDO work items and supporting information, keeping records current within five business days.
• Decompose requirements and stories into sprint-sized work; assist with acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
• Identify tasks for Product Backlog Items, estimate work, develop project roadmaps, and maintain traceability and dependencies in AzDO.
• Maintain Product, Release, and Sprint Backlogs for Government prioritization and Agile cadence.
• Facilitate and participate in Scrum and Agile practices and events.
• Coordinate analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment against story acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
• Propose Minimum Viable Product solutions and incorporate user feedback into future sprints.

System delivery and knowledge transfer

• Support SDLC activities spanning requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, security, and deployment.
• Document and modify interfaces with other systems; ensure interface agreements are recorded.
• Translate functional designs into detailed logic and review module and overall system designs, including input, data elements, and reports.
• Perform required testing, prepare release packages for Government approval, and develop pre-implementation training resources.
• Support production outages and define project metrics with Government leads, including release burnup, sprint burndown, estimates, defects, and velocity.
• Provide application knowledge transfer and daily mentoring to Government personnel; document mentoring and transfer activities for monthly reports.

Role qualifications and practices

• Functional and business analysis expertise for assigned applications is central to the role.
• Work with customers, users, stakeholders, Government personnel, and contractor team members.
• Use AzDO and follow approved Scrum, Agile, or Kanban practices, including recommended events and artifacts.
• Develop documentation following Agile Scrum best practices and the NAVSUP BSC Service Delivery Model.

Compensation

• Listed salary range is USD 102,500–153,500 per year.
