high-performing Senior Business Development Manager (BDM)

to help us scale aggressively across KSA. We’re seeking leaders who want to build, close, and win -  NOT EMPLOYEES!

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will carry real targets, real ownership, real pressure - and real upside. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise acquisition by closing high-value F&B, retail, and hospitality groups across KSA
• Own quarterly and annual revenue targets, including GMV growth
• Lead complex negotiations with C-level decision-makers
• Build strategic partnerships with POS providers, fintech institutions, and key ecosystem players
• Build and maintain a strong, predictable B2B sales pipeline
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding
• Mentor and elevate junior BDRs and sales representatives

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals across F&B, retail, and hospitality.
• Well-established network across the KSA F&B, retail, and hospitality landscape.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and commercial dynamics
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, POS, or payment solutions is a strong advantage
• Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
• You don’t just follow up - you close. Consistently exceeding targets is the baseline, not the exception.
