Vast Group is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for an ambitious
HR Manager
to help us build the team that will shape the future of fintech in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will play a critical role in scaling our startup, strengthening our culture, and ensuring Vast Group remains a place where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, commercial, and operational functions
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives across multiple channels
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate quickly and effectively
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives
- Partner with leadership to support organizational planning and workforce growth
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support employee relations while fostering a high-performance culture
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and HR governance requirements
- Support compensation, benefits, and performance review processes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
- Experience working within fast-growing startups and technology companies
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
- Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Experience building HR processes, frameworks, and scalable people operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
