We are committed to excellence and seek an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in KSA – Riyadh.

Position Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients to expand Accely’s – OmniFlow AI footprint in the KSA market.

You will own the end-to-end new business sales cycle—from market mapping and lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital transformation solutions, excellent communication and consultative selling skills, and a proven track record of opening new logos and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Logo Acquisition: Proactively research, identify, and engage high-potential prospects across targeted industries to build a robust pipeline and secure new clients.
  • Market Development: Map the market, segment accounts, and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit, potential value, and buying readiness.
  • Lead Generation: Execute multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, emailing, social selling, events, and partnerships) to create qualified opportunities.
  • Solutioning and Proposals: Coordinate with pre-sales specialists and solution architects to craft tailored proposals, demos, and value cases that address prospect requirements.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Lead all aspects of the new business sales cycle, including stakeholder alignment, commercial negotiations, and closing.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, activity tracking, and CRM hygiene to ensure visibility and predictability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate cross-functional resources (pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and alliances) to accelerate deal velocity and ensure solution feasibility.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate channel/alliances that can accelerate market penetration and lead generation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new clients and opening new logos.
  • Proven success selling Digital Transformation solutions (e.g., Content Management, RPA, AI, Data Management) to enterprise or mid-market customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and close a pipeline through proactive prospecting and disciplined sales execution.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and articulate business value.
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles, coordinating solution development, and delivering compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Data-driven approach to territory planning, account segmentation, and pipeline management.

  • Achieves assigned new business sales quota and revenue targets.
  • Meets expectations for profitability and deal quality.
  • Builds and maintains a qualified pipeline with defined stages and conversion metrics.
  • Delivers accurate forecasts and adheres to activity KPIs (outreach, meetings, qualified opportunities).
  • Completes required training and development objectives within assigned time frames.
