Position summary

Your tasks

• Identify new business opportunities across industries and convert leads into sustainable business and partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
• Promote renewable energy products and services across business lines.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Prepare and deliver client-focused sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to communicate and meet client expectations.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate leads.
• Report business-development activity and pipeline status to senior management.

Education and experience

• University degree in renewable, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• At least 8–10 years of experience, including 3 years in renewable energy or hydrogen business within the Middle East or GCC.
• TIC industry or renewable energy consulting experience is preferred.
• Proven new-business development track record and knowledge of advanced business intelligence and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, communication, and business-development skills; passion and drive to succeed.
