Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of oil and gas experience, including 4–5 years in project management and manpower planning for ADNOC construction sites.
- Proven experience managing manpower planning, resourcing, and logistics in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of the oil and gas project lifecycle and inspection disciplines.
- Relevant industry certifications are preferred, including ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Welding, NDT Level III, or Painting.
Responsibilities
- Manage manpower planning for large-scale oil and gas projects.
- Plan and manage project resourcing.
- Manage logistics for project delivery.
- Support project management and manpower planning at ADNOC construction sites.
