Position Summary

Grow the business primarily through the renewables portfolio, including solar, wind energy, and hydrogen, with sustainability as a secondary focus.

Support regional market planning and pipeline development to improve sales performance.

Advise regional management on strategy execution, collaboration, and risks across the end-to-end sales-to-operations chain.

Your Task

  • Identify opportunities across industries and convert leads into sustainable business and partnerships.
  • Build long-term client relationships and support satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote renewable energy products and services across business lines.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver client-tailored sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to meet client expectations.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Attend industry events and networking forums to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Report business development activities and pipeline status to senior management.

Education and Experience

  • University degree in renewable, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • 8–10 or more years of experience, including 3 years in renewable energy or hydrogen business within the Middle East/GCC.
  • Experience in the TIC industry or renewable energy consulting is preferred.
  • Proven track record developing new businesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of business intelligence and analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical, collaboration, communication, and business development skills.
  • Drive and enthusiasm for developing business.
