- By joining us in this rare opportunity as a **Senior Business Development Director** for SHL’s Middle East region,you will be an ambassador for the SHL brand, advising on best practice solutions and developing C-Level relationships, within your defined territory.

- What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute the **Middle East market growth strategy** to drive sustainable revenue expansion.
- Lead the acquisition of **new enterprise clients** while expanding relationships with existing strategic accounts.
- Position the organization as a **trusted partner in talent intelligence, workforce transformation, and human capital solutions**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **CHROs, HR Directors, transformation leaders, and C-suite executives**.
- Contribute to the development of **sector-specific propositions** aligned with national transformation agendas such as Vision 2030
- Directing sales pipeline through the CRM and providing timely and accurate management information.
- Deliver against **quarterly and annual revenue targets**.
- What we are looking for from you:
Essential
- Strong understanding of human capital, talent management, leadership assessment, or HR technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex consulting or technology solutions to enterprise client
- 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting.
- Proven track record of selling complex solutions within human capital, consulting, HR technology, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Behavioral Sciences, or related discipline.
Desirable
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- The candidate must have the right to work in KSA, Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.
