Role overview

Market and commercial opportunity analysis

• Conducts market research and feasibility studies to identify new business opportunities.
• Analyzes market trends, competitors, occupancy, rental benchmarks, and customer behavior.

• Coordinates initiatives and change management with stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.
• Maintains opportunity pipelines, project trackers, deal databases, competitor intelligence, and market reports.
• Supports the Business Development Manager in evaluating and monitoring commercial projects and strategic initiatives.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports on assets, leasing, occupancy, revenue growth, and initiatives; monitors progress and recommends improvements.
• Maintains confidentiality of company, client, tenant, and commercial information.
