Creates and implements organizational structures that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Aligns organizational structure, processes, and people with strategic goals.
Organizational design and improvement
- Analyze the current organizational structure and identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Design and recommend structural changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness and support organizational strategy.
- Evaluate and redesign business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to streamline workflows.
- Implement best practices and ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
- Use data, metrics, and organizational assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor the results of design changes and adapt designs to changes in the business environment.
Change and stakeholder collaboration
- Facilitate and manage organizational change initiatives and support employees and leaders during transitions.
- Develop communication plans and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout change.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business objectives into design strategies.
- Work with HR and cross-functional teams to implement changes and build stakeholder buy-in.
Experience
- Minimum eight years of working experience, including five years of relevant experience.
- Two years of GCC experience is a plus.
