Our focus is on expanding aggressively within key retail channels, especially hypermarkets and modern trade.
Position Overview
We are looking for a
high-caliber Business Developer
with strong experience in the
Hypermarket & Modern Trade sector in Saudi Arabia
.
This role is not operational — it is
pure growth, expansion, and deal-making
.
If you don’t have strong connections and proven results in hypermarkets, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
- growth strategy
- within hypermarkets (Carrefour, Panda, Danube, Othaim, etc.)
- Open new accounts and secure
- listing agreements
- Negotiate
- commercial terms, margins, and promotions
- Build strong relationships with
- category managers and buyers
- Drive
- sales expansion
- and market penetration
- Identify new opportunities for
- product placement and expansion
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain)
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5+ years experience
- in FMCG – Hypermarket / Modern Trade (KSA)
- Proven track record in:
- Listings
- Negotiations
- Business expansion
- Strong network with
- key decision makers in hypermarkets
- Deep understanding of:
- Listing fees
- Promotions
- Shelf space dynamics
- Highly results-driven mindset
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
