Senior Business Analyst with 5+ yrs experience

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as a key bridge between business stakeholders (Central Bank teams, regulators, and internal business units) and the product development teams.

This role requires deep understanding of financial services, fintech/regtech ecosystems, and UAE’s regulatory environment, enabling you to capture, analyze, and refine complex requirements into actionable product features.

The Senior BA will play a pivotal role in ensuring Takamul’s products deliver measurable business value while adhering to compliance and strategic objectives.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive requirements gathering and validation across business and product domains, ensuring alignment with Takamul’s roadmap and regulatory priorities.

*Functional*

· Engage with Central Bank business units and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.

· Lead requirements workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments to ensure comprehensive business coverage.

· Work closely with Product Managers to refine and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and regulatory needs.

· Document and validate business processes, user journeys, and system workflows to support solution design.

· Support the creation of RFPs, proposals, and business cases, ensuring alignment with client priorities and budgets.

· Provide oversight during development and delivery phases to ensure business requirements are met in vendor or in-house outputs.

· Act as a trusted advisor to business teams, offering insight into fintech/regtech best practices and digital transformation strategies.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, regtech, payments, or central bank/regulatory environments.

· Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.

· Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks, compliance, and payment ecosystems.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in executive and regulatory contexts.

· Ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations and balance business vs. technical considerations.

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ensuring requirements are complete and actionable.
