We are seeking a **Business Analyst** to act as a key bridge between Takamul’s product teams and the CBUAE/business stakeholders.

This role will focus on **capturing, analyzing, and translating business needs into actionable product requirements**, ensuring solutions are aligned with regulatory frameworks, operational priorities, and long-term transformation goals.

The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of **financial services and central bank operations** with strong analytical and communication skills.

As a **Business Analyst**, you will work closely with both internal product teams and external stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected and delivered in Takamul’s solutions.

*Functional*

· Engage with Central Bank and business teams to gather, document, and clarify requirements.

· Translate business and regulatory needs into clear product specifications for the product and delivery teams.

· Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders, product managers, and architects.

· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and product/delivery teams, ensuring mutual understanding.

· Support the definition of business processes, workflows, and policies impacted by new solutions.

· Validate that delivered features and solutions align with business needs and compliance requirements.

· Support product managers in prioritization and roadmap definition based on stakeholder inputs.

· Provide business insights and documentation to strengthen proposal development and delivery execution.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

· 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, regtech, payments, or central bank/regulatory environments.

· Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.

· Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks, compliance, and payment ecosystems.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in executive and regulatory contexts.

· Ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations and balance business vs. technical considerations.

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ensuring requirements are complete and actionable.
