We are seeking a Product Manager with solid experience in product delivery and a strong understanding of the local UAE and regional financial ecosystem.

This role is more client-facing, requiring the ability to engage directly with government and financial stakeholders, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable product features and roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will balance business knowledge with technical understanding, ensuring solutions are fit-for-market, compliant, and aligned with client expectations.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with Takamul teams, external vendors, and CBUAE stakeholders to capture requirements, refine product roadmaps, and oversee delivery execution.

You will act as a key interface with clients, ensuring strong alignment between business needs, market trends, and technical outcomes.

*Functional*

· Translate business and market requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

· Engage directly with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into product specifications.

· Support the design and delivery of solutions aligned with local market regulations, policies, and best practices.

· Assist in managing the product roadmap, ensuring priorities reflect both client needs and internal strategy.

· Oversee delivery milestones, tracking progress and resolving issues in coordination with project teams.

· Work closely with QA and technical teams to ensure solutions meet quality and compliance standards.

· Support presales and proposal activities, presenting product capabilities and roadmaps to clients.

· Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure product competitiveness and local market fit.

· Maintain strong relationships with government, regulatory, and financial stakeholders.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.

· 3–5 years of product management or business analysis experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or government-related projects.

· Strong awareness of the UAE financial ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks and client expectations.

· Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders.

· Proven ability to coordinate across vendors, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.

· Understanding of infrastructure and software components, with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.

· Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
